The guest lecture on Entrepreneurship was organized for the Sales Associate and Domestic Data Entry Operator domin trainees at DB Tech, Sivakasi on NOV.20.2019. Mrs. Maheswari (The proprietor of Sreeja Fancy Store,Sivakasi ),Ms.Lakshmi Priya and her team sang a prayer song. A heartily welcome was given to them by Ms.Prabhaa.
She approached with the trainees and explained them about the jobs that are available for this field.She encouraged the trainees to prepare themselves better to suit the competitive world outside and spoke about personal grooming & mannerisms actvities which are required while contacting the customers.Later, she demonstrated the session with some management actvities held inside their shop. She asked the students to develop positive qualities,punctuality,flexible attitude,willingness to learn, friendly nature & eagerness to help others which are very important for Retail field.
The Speaker showed them the carrier path, told them how they can climb the success ladder in their field in a short period of time by telling them about opportunities available. She explained about some situations and asked the students how would they handle . She reiterated on personal selling as a method to promote sales and techniques for building good relationship which is involved in purchasing.Then she briefed about prospecting as a process to search for potential customers,clients or buyers to develop new business.
This meaningful session was concluded with the vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Oscar.The students displayed good interest by clarifying their doubts. All students were happy.
